This song was recorded during a live presentation of the Muskoka Jazz and Blues Festival.  The concert was a fundraiser for a little girl with Cerebral Palsy.  I'll never forget the faces of the audience members; it was actually hard to end this song, I almost slipped up near the end after making eye contact with a woman in the front row who was moved to tears.

The song that started it all.  Recorded live at the Orillia Square Mall before about 300 people.  After winning first place for this performance in the talent contest, I never heard the end of singing this song for school assemblies, gatherings, other contests, etc. for several years - haha.  I eventually was able to move on to other songs, but am glad I have this recording of my very first "real" performance.
