So now, I set out to create delectible dishes for my charcoal smoker. Cooking meat the way God intended; an open fire. No gas, no chemicals, just a soft, smokey heat created by burning wood smoke. Man, it tastes good. I hope you enjoy! |

On December 28, 2007, I bought my first Charcoal Smoker. A $79.99 "Double Chef" from Canadian Tire. That night, I smoked my first piece of meat; a 12oz Grilling Beef Steak. It was awesome. Slow cooked over Oak Coal with a hint of Hickory-flavoured Cedar wood. Nice.
