I love to cook. That's no secret to those who know me. I don't have a spectacular kitchen. I use the electric range that came with our house (yuck). But I do what I can with what I have. I don't generally cook with recipes; so my recipe list may take a while to populate. These 'recipes' are simply dishes that I've created, and actually took the time to write down what I did as I went.
