Here are some helpful tools I've put together for Web Developers and IT Professionals:

1. BrowserResizer - A utility which automatically resizes your browser window to a standard resolution.  Ideal for web developers who want to test their web creations on various display resolutions without having to actually change the resolution of their monitor.
2. WEP Key Generator - A tool which creates a Wired Equivalent Privacy key for your Wireless network.  Please remember that WEP is an obsolete technology, and is easily hacked by anyone with a little know-how.  If your hardware supports it, please use WPA instead.
3. WPA Key Generator - Based on the tool above, this generator creates 128-bit or 512-bit WiFi Protected Access keys for use on your wireless network.  WPA encryption (at the time of this writing) provides the best possible protection from outside intrusion on a wireless network.
