This is the beautiful song from Les Misérables.  I was listening to the soundtrack and I thought I really had to record this song.  So I played all the instruments by ear, added a bit of my own flavor, and sung out the vocals.  The orchestral parts are very sophisticated (a LOT of work) and by the time I actually got to record the vocals, I was beat.

It should be noted that the vocals were recorded in a single take.
